With the majority of their back of house staff being Chinese, they wanted their front of house ePOS system to be visible in English and their back of house (Kitchen production Printers) to have the ability and flexibility to translate into Chinese for their kitchen staff.
With the latest version of our expert ePOS and the latest version of dispense printers supporting “Kanji” characters this hurdle has been achieved by Costa Systems, this would certainly be an operation for other outlets to observe.
With this challenge achieved in these three outlets Costa Systems has greatly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the kitchen thus in turn greatly improving the waiting time for floor service.
